Terms and conditions
The following general conditions will govern the relationships generated between AtelierWall and customers who purchase products through e-commerce www.atelierwall.com. The customer will fully accept the terms published below.
AtelierWall reserves the right to decide at any time the products offered through its e-commerce and may at any time include or withdraw the products without notice. The colors and tones of the products presented in the shop may vary depending on the monitor on which they are displayed because the photographs that appear have an indicative character.
PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
All prices include VAT. Transportation costs will be added when the customer indicates the destination country of the package. AtelierWall reserves the right to make changes to the rates without notice, due to increases in the lists of distributors, new taxes, offers or similar reasons.
EXPENSES AND SHIPPING TIMES
Shipments will be made with the TIPSA company (http://www.tip-sa.com/). We are not responsible for any delays caused by such courier. , In the products in stock the shipment is from 24 to 48 hours from the moment in which the order is made effective. The delivery can have a margin of up to 72 hours for possible unforeseen events outside of AtelierWall. Products that are not in stock take a minimum of 2 or 3 weeks to be sent, and we will notify you by e-mail of delivery times. The customer will accept the delivery times indicated at the time the order is placed, and AtelierWall will do everything possible to keep it informed.
No shipments are made on weekends. If the customer places an order during a weekend or a holiday, his order will be effective the next business day.
During the Christmas period the delivery date can be changed due to saturation of shipments by TIPSA.
If the customer wants a special delivery, the price will be increased according to specific needs. You will first need to send us an email to shipping@atelierwall, informing us of the needs and where to ship to tell you the price.
If the customer is not at home when the order is delivered, TIPSA will leave a notice and how to agree to a new one. The signature of the delivery note by the recipient will be a requirement for delivering the goods. Deliveries will not be made in post office boxes. Changes to the delivery address will not be accepted once the package has been withdrawn by TIPSA, unless the customer assumes the corresponding expenses.
The shipping costs are as follows:
– Spain (Iberian peninsula): € 6
– Andorra, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: € 10
– Canary Islands: € 12
– Italy, France, Germany, Great Britain, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland: € 15
– The USA and other international destinations: € 30
Shipping will be free starting from a minimum purchase of 4 rolls.
If your region or country has customs, the costs generated will be paid by the customer who receives the order.
Orders are not changed or returned. If the order has defects caused by impacts or breakage of the packaging, the customer has 24 hours to notify the customer service with which he can contact via info@atelierwall or through the “contact us” section. In any case, the amount will not be refunded, but you can request the same or a different product for an equal or higher amount. In this case, the shipping costs will be free of charge.
